Deliveries within Germany, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America are shipped by DHL. Deliveries to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates by UPS.
We charge a flat rate of €3.99 per order for delivery within Germany. For order values of €29.00 and above, Yours Truly delivers to the Customer free of charge within Germany.
All orders to Austria over €58.00 are delivered free of charge. Below that amount shipping costs of €5.50 apply.
For orders over €70.00 from Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom we deliver free of charge. Below that amount, shipping costs will apply in the following amounts:
- Poland: €12.99
- Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15.99
- United Kingdom: €17.99
- Croatia, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain: €18.99
