Complete our online questionnaire by providing information on your hair and care routine to create your own personalized shampoo. Once you have selected your favorite fragrance or opted for the no added fragrance version, you can order your personalized shampoo to be mixed online. We're committed to giving your hair exactly what it needs. As a result, our products are tailored to all women and men and every hair type: whether straight, wavy, curly, frizzy, thick or thin. Step 1: Complete the online questionnaire
In order to better assess your hair type and find the correct formula for your needs and requirements, we first need you to fill out our online questionnaire.
Step 2: Arrange a personal consultation
Our experts are happy to provide advice on your personalized shampoo online or at our partner salons. We cater to your individual needs and account for your hair type, your care and styling routine and, where applicable – the special requirements of colored hair. Learn which ingredients can do the most to help you achieve your hair goals.
Step 3: Select your favorite fragrance
The next step towards your personalized shampoo: Select your personal favorite from four exquisite fragrances: powdery, oriental, sweet or fresh. Make hair care more fun and allow your hair to exude a luxuriously delicate fragrance until the next wash. You can also order no added fragrance shampoos if you experience allergic or sensitive reactions to fragrances. Keep things au naturel, just like the ingredients found within.
Step 4: Blending ingredients for your shampoo
We create the formula for your shampoo based on the results from the online questionnaire and our consultation. Our algorithm selects the ingredients that are perfect for your hair's needs and help you to achieve your hair goals from our extensive list of ingredients. You will then receive an overview of your personal, special ingredients based on your responses. All of our ingredients are vegan and animal-friendly. Animal welfare is one of the most important requirements we place on our products.
Step 5: Receive your personalized, sustainably packaged shampoo
Once we’ve taken care of the technical stuff, your personalized shampoo creation will be shipped to your door. Your shampoo will be manufactured and packaged by hand at our laboratory in Germany. The bottles into which it is filled are made from sustainable recycled plastic.
